Costa Rica 1931-32 Habilitado Airmail Surcharges (First Printing) Complete Set. Scott C11-C13

Surcharge set on 1929-30 revenue stamps. There were two printings; this is the first printing with a brownish-vermilion overprint on cream paper. Only 2,000 sets issued. The 2c value is MNH, the 5c is VLM Mint and 10c LM Mint with small hinge remnant.
