The booklet is signed by Carlos Ortiz, the Panamanian delegate and contains the following stamps (all mint affixed to page): 1924 234-243, 1930-41 C7-C9, 1930 C10-C14, 1929 E3-E4 with Muestra overprint. Contains postal rates at the time, Pan American Airways Route Map and airmail tarrif. Scarce and very attractive. Minor corner creasing.

Centre fold not affecting stamps and a couple of minor tears to left-hand edge. Limited circulation with only 5,000 sets printed.
