We have a 'no quibble' refund policy whereby all stamps have an unconditional guarantee and can be returned for a full refund for whatever reason.
Return postage will also be refunded if a stamp is found to be faulty, misdescribed or misrepresented in any way.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us before posting your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The only exclusions to this policy are stamps on album pages or mixed selections. These will not have been fully checked, including inspection for gum, watermarks, perf variety or condition and are sold as seen.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
