Bolivia 1928 15c on 20c Red Surcharge on 122,132 & 146 LM/VLM Mint. Scott 181-183

Three variations of the 20c blue Coat of Arms with red surcharge, all distinguised by their perf measurement. The first is 122 from the ABNC printing, the second is the slate blue 132 from the Perkins Bacon printing and the third is 146 from the 1925 Waterlow printing. Only 700 examples of the Waterlow printing were surcharged. 181 - M Mint with hinge remnant, 182 - LM Mint with pencil notation to reverse, 183 - VLM Mint, fresh with pencil notation to reverse.
