Gilt imprint booklet presented to delegates at the 12th UPU Congress held in Paris in 1947. Presented in the booklet were the three high value MNH sheets of 10 commemorating the New York World's Fair. The booklet also contains additional stock pages to carry stamps that may have been available to delegates at the event. Signed (presumably) by the head of the Brazilian delegation. A scarce item.

Issued in October 1951 to celebrate the 'Week of the Wing' and the 50th anniversary of Santos-Dumont's flight around the Eiffel Tower. In December the Brazil Philatelic Club produced engraved facsimiles to celebrate their 20th anniversary. These were applied to souvenier sheets but 530 overprinted stamps were held back. SOFICH claims 'not issued' but this is contradicted by Chile Filatelico (no.51 1942) which asserts that the dark blue shade (there are other colours) was used.
