This is a curious issue, always sold as a 1906 provisional issue but actually unofficially produced in 1915 by a Venezuelan tailor. The 10c value is printed on pink/red paper and signed N. Cardenas (the agent of the San Cristobal post office in 1906) “There are no stamps”. Couple of pinpoint paper disturbances.

This particular set has a couple of interesting varieties: the 75c shows an over-inking of the plate at the base of the stamp and the 3b value is misperfed. 20,000 sets printed.
