Venezuela 1906 Tachira 10c ‘Arepitas’ No Hay Estampillas ‘Provisional' M Mint. Scott unlisted

This is a curious issue, always sold as a 1906 provisional issue but actually unofficially produced in 1915 by a Venezuelan tailor. The 10c value is printed on pink/red paper and signed N. Cardenas (the agent of the San Cristobal post office in 1906) “There are no stamps”. Couple of pinpoint paper disturbances.
