Specimen sheet of 50 with punch hole, without surcharge. The stamp was printed by ABNC between 1921 and 1924 as a telegraph revenue and subsequently with the 5c‘Reconstruccion Comunicaciones’ overprint (also by ABNC). This sheet shows the pre-surcharged state. Some separation between the perfs but the sheet remains intact.
