Paraguay 1931 Redirected 'Campana' Cover from Tebicuary to Weimar, Germany

Envelope to Germany at the 2.5p rate with the infrequently seen CDS of Tebicuary. Note red C 'Campana' (rural) overprint, only sold by agents in country districts and not often seen on cover, further compounded by the fact that Campana issues were supposed to be used for interior postage only. Buenos Aires transit marks to reverse.
