As UPU delegate books go, this is probably one of the most impressive. Gilt embossed, padded leather look textured cover with moire fabric endsheets, presented in marble effect protective box. Enclosed on dedicated, interleaved album pages are mint sets and stamps issued between 1935 and 1939, plus the 1939 C.Y.T.R.A unsevered vertical pair of souvenir sheets (Scott 468b). A lovely and scarce item.
