September 1854 Desmadryl printing, watermark position 1. There is an optimistic pencil notation on the reverse of the stamp 'verdoso' (greenish). I am more inclined towards slate blue. Four margins tight to right and a crisp impression. Expertizer's/owners mark to reverse.
